How we operate
We don't have any membership fees or annual dues, we just try to keep it simple. On signing a contract with us and giving us your deposit, you will be assigned your storage and invited to our on line calendar. Put in the hours you need at the stations that are available, and at the end of every month you will receive an invoice in your email box with instructions for payment on line, or you can drop cash or check in the payment box in the kitchen.
If you can't cook it here, it can't be cooked. If you can't have fun cooking it here, well then... why are you doing this, again? If you don't get your best shot at thriving in your culinary business here, then we won't have done our most important job.
