Rates and Fees
$500 rental deposit
$500 monthly kitchen access fee, which allows use of kitchen equipment at the published hourly rates. Once the access fee is used up, additional kitchen time is billed by the hour according to the following schedule for stations and equipment.
Kitchen use rates:
Hot stations:
C1. 4 burner stove with oven: $20
C2. 6 burner stove with oven: $25
C3 . 4 burner stove with oven: $20
C4. 8 burner stove, 12" grill, double pot burner, access to convection oven, 2 prep tables: $40
Rates for hot stations are $10 less between the hours of 7 pm and 7 am
Prep tables: $5 each
The following equipment is available to use with your scheduled hot station time if it is not reserved on the calendar by another tenant. If you need to reserve specific time with it, or if it is the only equipment you will be using, you must reserve it on the calendar and it will be charged at the rate of $10 per hour:
Warming oven
deep fryer
Pot burners (front and rear)
Convection ovens (front and rear)
Flat top (available with 48 hours notice to be placed where C2 and the fryer are)
24" griddle
Hobart mixer
Rental comes with all cleaning supplies, integrated into the dishwashing and mop sinks, and cleaning towels
Rental comes with a minimum of one shelf (for tray/small bin) in reach-in refrigerator if required.
Rental comes with a maximum of 2 18” x 48” shelf for dry storage or the equivalent
Additional fees and charges:
Dishwashing only: $10/hour
Refrigeration per shelf (walk in shelves =2): $50/month
Freezer shelf: $100/month
Dry storage racks per shelf:
Corner: $30/month

Additional storage fees will be credited based on additional kitchen use above the minimum monthly access fee. For instance, if you have $500 worth of extra storage space but use $1,000 worth of kitchen time, your extra storage costs will be zero.
